Rustic Arbor

My garden is alive with color again! Roses are blooming, tiny buds of french lavender are growing and fresh green leaves are everywhere . Birds keep coming to visit my beautiful Cercis tree full of pink flowers. I’m so inspired with spring that I decided to build a rustic arbor for my next photo shoot. A simple arbor can add rustic charm to a wooded landscape. For a simple portable arbor, I just used materials that I found in my own yard: old wooden posts and dried tree branches. I used screws and nuts to hold them together into a frame. On top I gathered fresh branches with leaves since they are easier to bend and form into an arch shape. Add fresh flowers for a finishing touch.
